We want you to be totally satisfied with your Copilot. You can return your Copilot for a full refund up to 30 days after you receive it. Hardware failures will be replaced, if not due to user error. Please contact us via email at support@velo.ai and include Return in the subject line. Don’t worry if you don’t hear back from us right away, we will consider the day when you requested the return when calculating the 30-day window and process your return as soon as we can.

Thanks to the integration of an AI-powered camera, Copilot is able to identify moving objects (car, bike, pedestrian, etc.) and differentiate between something coming straight at you and something moving parallel on a separate road or safely passing. Copilot also provides audible and visual indications for both cyclist and driver to warn of potentially dangerous situations and stop crashes before they can occur.
Yes, but unlike other devices that will indicate a cyclist the same way a car is indicated, Copilot can differentiate between cars and cyclists, so you’re only getting alerts and warnings when there is a car approaching.
